Terms of use

These terms govern RIMAYS Wish. Hosts are responsible for their event pages, invitation links, uploaded music, and moderation choices. Guests are responsible for messages they submit.

Acceptable content

Do not submit harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, malware, personal data without permission, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Hosts may upload music only when they have permission to use and share it. RIMAYS may restrict cards, messages, or media to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service reliability.

Public sharing

Wish-card links are unlisted rather than private. Anyone who receives a link may view published wishes and submit a message while the card is active. Animated-wall recipients may receive uploaded background music. Hosts should share links carefully and enable moderation when appropriate.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular display, browser, event-screen, audio, or animation result. Reduced-motion preferences are respected where supported. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.
