RIMAYS operates RIMAYS Wish. Privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@rimays.com.

Information we process

Hosts sign in through RIMAYS Identity. We process account details, event settings, moderation choices, and background music uploaded for an event. Guests provide a display name and wish message. We also process limited security records needed to prevent spam and abuse.

Public wish cards

Anyone with an active guest link may submit a wish. Published names and messages are visible to anyone with that link and may appear on the animated wall. Event music may be delivered to people who open the wall. Do not include sensitive, confidential, unlawful, or harmful information. Hosts can pause cards, review wishes, and remove messages or music.

Use, retention, and disclosure

We use data to provide wish cards, authenticate hosts, moderate content, secure the service, and provide support. We do not sell personal data. We disclose only what is necessary to hosting, authentication, security, professional service providers, or legal obligations. Event data and uploaded music are retained while the host keeps them and for a limited period needed for recovery, disputes, and security.

Your choices

Hosts can remove wishes, music, or events from their dashboard. Guests may request removal by contacting the host or privacy@rimays.com with the event link, submitted name, and enough information to identify the message.
